M&P Asia held a seminar
On Thursday, December 14, M&P Asia Co., Ltd. held a seminar entitled “Guide to doing M&A with Japanese investors” in collaboration with the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Indonesia (HIPMI), the largest trade association in Indonesia.
In this seminar, Ryoichi Inoue, CEO of M&P Asia Co., Ltd., took the stage and gave a presentation in Indonesian on the M&A process of M&A with Japan companies to about 50 Indonesian companies interested in M&A with Japan companies.
At the seminar, Dr. Angawira of the Indonesian Coordinating Authority gave a presentation on the future prospects of foreign investment in Indonesia and how Japan investors are important partners for Indonesia.
Many Indonesian companies participating in the seminar asked questions about M&A with Japan companies, and it was clear that Indonesian companies are very active in M&A with Japan investors.
