We are proud to announce that M&P Asia Consultants has successfully supported TECHMATRIX CORPORATION in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Firmus Sdn. Bhd.
As part of this project, I was involved in conducting Financial Due Diligence (FDD), drafting contracts with a particular focus on warranties and indemnities clauses, as well as providing both pre-Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) and post-closing assistance.
This experience was immensely rewarding, which provided opportunities to expand my expertise and continuously challenge myself with each new project I contributed to.
